We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Alva. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving our growth and expanding our influence in the HR and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead complex sales processes and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful business closures.
  • Understand and navigate clients' needs and challenges to match them with Alva's innovative solutions.
  • Present the value of Alva's products and services persuasively to clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in complex, non-commodity sales.
  • Background in enterprise sales or sales involving complex stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and contribute to the highest possible customer experience.
