About the Role

At Workday Sweden Aktiebolag, our Account Executives play a pivotal role in driving new customer growth and revenue. As a key member of our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources.
  • Run multiple complex SaaS sales cycles, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating Workday's value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

About You

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in new logo sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities. You should have experience selling complex SaaS/cloud-based solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position, as well as negotiating deals with C-Suite executives to close opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.
  • Proven understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs.
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies.
  • Fluency in Swedish.
