Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive long-term growth and development of our full-service offering. As a strategically oriented Enterprise Sales Manager at Gordon Delivery, you will be focusing on designing and driving business strategies within the Strategic Enterprise customer segment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies in new and strategically important focus segments to drive growth and revenue.
- Grow the Business: Develop new business offerings, co-operation models, and processes to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term cooperation potential and profitability.
- Ensure Customer Understanding: Ensure understanding of customer needs and business objectives in sales, sustainability, and compliance.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new offerings and solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
- Proven Success: Proven success in creating and developing business propositions, long-term customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience; for example, in B2B sales or as a management consultant.
- Academic Degree: Academic degree in business or equivalent.
- Value-Based Sales: Experience in value-based sales, commercial business development, and development of strategic partnerships in the Enterprise segment.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Good knowledge in e-commerce and digital business models.
- Commercial Experience: Commercial experience from start-up or scale-up companies.
