About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at 4C Strategies. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Exonaut platform and expert services in the Nordic defence market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver against short, medium and long-term sales targets across the Nordics region.
  • Expand and develop established customers and grow new customer opportunities.
  • Leverage your extensive defence network to generate new leads and turn leads into business opportunities.
  • Actively involved in managing the entire end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presales, proposals, tender management and closing of sales.
  • Be familiar with the full capacity of the Exonaut software platform to the extent of being able to propose solutions and demonstrate these for potential clients.
  • Contribute with valuable input on further development of the Exonaut platform to meet the current and emerging needs of our Military customers.
  • Responsible for budgets, forecasts and pipeline management as well as business reviews for the Nordic Defence market.
  • Attend expos, fairs and various other events to represent 4C and spread knowledge about the company, products/solutions and services in collaboration with the global Military Sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree within relevant field of studies and/or Military higher education for example Military Academy/Staff College or relevant knowledge gained through experience.
  • Extensive experience in Sales within the Defence sector.
  • Commercial experience from software solution sales.
  • Strong established network within the Armed Forces on senior decision-making level and excellent networking skills.
  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good at promoting trust.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing and coaching others to achieve their targets.
  • Relevant military ranking (also as reserve officer) is a strong advantage.
