Om rollen som Sales Manager

• Du kommer att ha ett helhetsansvar för att utveckla försäljningsorganisationen och driva verksamheten framåt
• Du kommer att coacha säljare och utbilda kunder för att öka försäljning och uppnå företagets mål
• Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med ledningen för att utveckla strategier och budgetering för att uppnå företagets mål

Krav och kvalifikationer

• Minst 2 års erfarenhet som Sales Manager eller i en liknande roll
• Erfarenhet från FMCG-branschen eller liknande är meriterande
• Du måste kunna prioritera, delegera och fatta beslut på ett effektivt sätt
• Du måste ha goda kommunikations- och ledarskapsfärdigheter
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav
