About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Matsmart/Motatos. As a key member of our Nordic Merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving our direct marketing efforts and ensuring the optimal utilization of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement
  • Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the merchandising team
  • Analyze customer data to create highly personalized campaigns and segments
  • Conceptualize and develop life cycle flows with our global CRM team
  • Build and automate campaigns to strengthen customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Establish and analyze A/B tests, as well as optimize our email campaign performance and flows based on data-driven insights
  • Support the implementation of additional direct sales channels and oversee their operational execution
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in direct sales, CRM, or email marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Confidence in developing and executing innovative email marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of key email marketing KPIs, including margin, average order value, and conversion rate
  • Strong analytical approach, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent writing skills and fluency in Swedish and English
