Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic account manager to join our Restaurant Development team at Wolt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our restaurant partners, driving growth, and ensuring seamless experiences for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.
  • Build long-term restaurant relationships post-onboarding and be the key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.
  • Use data to help optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.
  • Apply an effective restaurant tiering approach to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
  • Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
  • Conduct renegotiations with venues.
  • Work closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  • Implement and sell new products within the Wolt portfolio to venues.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and onboarding teams on successful launches of new venues.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Experience from using analytics platforms or strong Excel skills to take data-driven decisions.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Experience from working with a CRM system is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
