Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic account manager to join our Restaurant Development team at Wolt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our restaurant partners, driving growth, and ensuring seamless experiences for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through strong portfolio analysis and active account management.
- Build long-term restaurant relationships post-onboarding and be the key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.
- Use data to help optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.
- Apply an effective restaurant tiering approach to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
- Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
- Conduct renegotiations with venues.
- Work closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
- Implement and sell new products within the Wolt portfolio to venues.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and onboarding teams on successful launches of new venues.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Experience from using analytics platforms or strong Excel skills to take data-driven decisions.
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
- Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
- Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Experience from working with a CRM system is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
