CRM Support Specialist

Job Overview
As a member of our Digital Commercial team at Sobi, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our CRM and Document Management platform, part of our Veeva Commercial Cloud. Your responsibilities will include managing tickets and requests from our users to ensure the smooth operation of these systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to our CRM users, resolving any issues or queries via our ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our CRM system, including configuration, integrations, customizations, and performance.
- Monitor and analyze CRM usage and data quality, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the CRM system Administrator.
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Train and coach our CRM users on how to use the system effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce or similar is preferred.
- Strong interest in learning Sobi systems.
- Experience working with Document Management applications such as PromoMats or MedComms is an upside but not required.
- Knowledge about Veeva Open Data and Veeva Network will be considered an upside but not required.
- Knowledge about Veeva CLM, Engage, and VAE is an upside but not required.
- University Education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience from the Pharmaceutical industry is an upside but not required.
