CRM Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Nordic team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and loyalty across our Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
- Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
- Analyze customer data to build personalized campaigns and segments
- Collaborate with our global CRM team to conceptualize and develop life cycle flows
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in direct sales, CRM, or email marketing
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C marketing, preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with proficiency in other Nordic languages a plus
