Rollen som KundutvecklingsledareSom Kundutvecklingsledare kommer du att arbeta i ett team och ha en nyckelroll i att utveckla och stärka relationen med våra befintliga kunder. Du kommer att ansvara för en egen portfölj av kunder och arbeta konsultativt för att hjälpa dem att få ut maximalt värde av vår digitala analysplattform. Denna roll innebär att du kommer att agera bollplank, identifiera affärsutvecklande initiativ och baserat på analyser, erbjuda skräddarsydda lösningar som stärker kundernas verksamhet.
- Utveckla och stärka kundrelationer genom löpande dialog och konsultativ rådgivning.
- Identifiera tillväxtmöjligheter inom din kundportfölj genom att erbjuda nya lösningar, uppgraderingar eller tilläggstjänster som kan skapa mervärde för dina kunder.
- Genom workshops och presentationer hjälpa dina kunder att tolka resultat från undersökningar samt bidra med förslag på förbättringar.
- Samverka med interna team, inklusive marknad och utveckling, för att kontinuerligt förbättra och utveckla vårt erbjudande.
