Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Customer Journey Developer to join our Marketplace Experience team in foodora Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer journey for riders. This will involve analyzing data, identifying pain points, and designing solutions to enhance the overall experience.

You will work closely with local and regional teams to coordinate efforts and share best practices. A key responsibility will be to monitor KPIs such as CSAT, SLA, contact rate, and costs related to contact/order issues.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in process improvement, project management, or relationship building. A basic understanding of data analysis and reporting, along with knowledge of service KPIs, is essential.
