We're a Customer Journey tech organization that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Our goal is to ensure seamless customer experiences through accelerated test automation efforts.
We're seeking a Customer Experience Expert to lead our QA processes and work closely with cross-functional development teams and product owners.
This role involves coordinating test processes, driving automation, and continuously improving our QA processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with manual and automated testing, as well as collaboration with developers, tech leads, designers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Main Activities:
- Lead a team of QA engineers, coordinating efforts throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Ensure a high bar for quality and reliability within the QA team.
- Strategically and operationally collaborate on manual and automated testing, including high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution of testing activities.
- Continuously improve our test process and drive automation forward.
- Engage with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
