About the Job

We are seeking a talented Photonics Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on the development and execution of business strategies for photonics products in the Nordic region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the photonics market, working closely with partners and business line managers to align business objectives with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their technical challenges.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with customers across the Nordic region, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and improve business performance.
Your Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics, with a strong background in selling electronics and/or optical technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device, and system levels, combined with business acumen.
  • Proven business development skills, including strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Nordic region.
