About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender and Project Manager to join our team in Ludvika. As a key member of our Sales & Orders team, you will be responsible for managing tenders and delivering electric power converters and optic measuring devices for HVDC and GPQS applications.

Your primary focus will be on face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers, assessing their needs, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions. You will also provide customer service and support, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues related to billing, shipping, and complaints.

As a project manager, you will lead a team of engineers, collaborating with them to ensure correct design is tendered and delivered. Your role will involve working closely with product management, purchasing, engineers, and production functions to structure and drive communication towards HVDC Service and HVDC Greenfield.

In addition, you will present tender material to our customers, continuously work on improving calculations, processes, and quality assurance, and drive department initiatives.
