Tender and Business Development Manager

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Tender and Business Development Manager to join our team in Ludvika, Sweden. As a Tender and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing tenders, projects, and improvements. You will assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
In this role, you will develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project schedules, tracking progress, and providing status updates to stakeholders.
We require someone with strong sales and business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience working with electrical systems or similar technology is an advantage.
