We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Honeywell International Inc. in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining sales proposals to drive incremental business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Working collaboratively with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals.
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to drive incremental growth.
  • Managing customer queries and providing detailed product/service information.
  • Ensuring CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of product offerings and sales techniques.

Requirements for This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or technological sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is required.
  • Ability to understand technical products and solutions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
