Key Responsibilities">

As a Technical Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking care of existing industrial customers and projects in the area of photonics and electronics.
  • Actively submitting technical solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads and following up after initial contact.
  • Negotiating prices, completing sales, and managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborating with our partners and business line managers to drive growth and success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree (or PhD) in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics.
  • Experience in selling electronics and/or optical technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • A structured, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills, with Finnish being an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
