Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned technical sales professional to join our Nordic team as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the photonics and electronics markets.
Your Mission- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing industrial customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their technical challenges.
- Identify and qualify high-quality sales leads, build trust with potential customers, and secure orders through effective negotiation and relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with partners and business line managers to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with customers across the Nordic region, utilizing your excellent communication skills to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics, with a strong background in selling electronics and/or optical technologies.
- Excellent understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device, and system levels, combined with business acumen.
- Proven sales skills, including strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.
- A structured and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is essential, with Finnish being a valuable asset.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Nordic region.
