Sales Growth Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Growth Associate to join us at Honeywell International Inc. in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a Sales Growth Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers with crafting tailored proposals and driving incremental business growth through strategic initiatives.

From refineries to distribution centers to retail stores, we help deliver results while improving worker safety and meeting sustainability goals such as reduced carbon emissions – by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, process automation, and asset performance management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive incremental growth.
- Manage customer queries and provide detailed product/service information. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand product offerings and sales techniques thoroughly.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or technological sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is required.
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
