Photonics and Electronics Sales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue expansion across the Nordic markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners in the photonics and electronics sector
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics, with relevant technical experience in the sale and application of electronics and/or optical technologies
* Strong understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device, and system levels, combined with a sensitivity for business processes
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
* Structured, goal-oriented, and independent approach
* Proficient in MS Office and presentation software
* Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus
