About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Customers: Utilize market intelligence to identify potential customers and engage with them through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Present Solutions: Showcase our products and services that meet customer needs and highlight our value propositions.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with external and inside sales teams to close deals.
- Manage CRM: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.
- Drive Sales: Create key account plans for short- and long-term sales growth.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and evaluate opportunities for product expansions and new launches.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
