About this Role
  • This position is responsible for leading sales efforts across the Nordic region, leveraging your sales leadership skills and experience in industry operations management to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and design base support.
  • Your expertise in industry sales operations management and leadership will be essential in driving business excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide product knowledge and design base support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Leverage industry expertise to drive business excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering results with 5 years of experience in HVAC commercial sales of applied equipment.
  • Strong sales leader with a strategic vision to drive growth in the HVAC commercial markets for chillers, heat pumps, and airside products.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent to build a high-performance team.
  • Solid experience in industry sales operations management and leadership.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of any other local language (Nordic or Baltic) is an advantage.
