Job Description:

Sales representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Sales Representative at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Orthopaedic Instruments products to healthcare professionals in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  • Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
  • Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  • Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
  • Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but is an advantage.
  • A diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or any other relevant areas or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish required.
  • A valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
