Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Swedish market for our energy cable portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities, connect with new customers, and help increase our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share.
- Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
