We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team in Sweden, focusing on growing our market share in the energy cables sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key customers. You will also conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.

You will need a customer-focused mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry. A degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
