Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our Orthopaedic Instruments products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for medical technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain connections with internal and external stakeholders.

  1. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product trainings and demonstrations.

  2. Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  3. Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  4. Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  6. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.

  7. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  2. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage.

  3. A diploma/degree in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or in any other relevant areas or technical career.

  4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.

  5. A valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
