Job Title

As a seasoned professional, we invite you to apply for the position of Sales Territory Manager in our Göteborg & VGR region team. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Orthopaedic Instruments products.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.

  1. Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product demonstrations and trainings.

  2. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

  5. Adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  1. A proven track record of sales success in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.

  3. Effective communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  4. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales.

  5. Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
