Territory Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to customers in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare. A diploma/degree in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, or healthcare is also preferred. Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish are required.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and provide ongoing service to existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments
  • Conducting product trainings and demonstrations to medical and surgical professionals
  • Providing clinical support in the operating room when needed
  • Participating in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers
