Sales Driver, Sensing Solutions Job Description

As a Sales Driver at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in regional and global key accounts. You will establish and maintain relationships with other Danfoss sales teams, work with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products, and manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationship with other Danfoss sales teams
  • Work with and through Danfoss sales teams and customers to enable thorough understanding of customer applications and needs for Sensing products
  • Drive both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
  • Creative thinker and action oriented
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
