Geographic Sales Representative

Promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and prospecting new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
Plan and implement strategies in the sales process to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments to secure sales.
Provide clinical support in the operating room and advise medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.
Attend congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone with demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.
Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage.
Diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or in any other relevant areas or technical career.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
Valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
