Sales Representative Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to customers in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare. A diploma/degree in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, or healthcare is also preferred. Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish are required.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and provide ongoing service to existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and prospecting new customers
  • Planning and implementing strategies in the sales process
  • Negotiating with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments
  • Preparing orders for interested customers
