As a Territory Sales Manager, you will contribute to delivering exceptional results by promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare to join one of the largest medical technology organizations worldwide.

  1. Begin with a familiarization phase that includes product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  3. Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.

  4. Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations. Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  6. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.

  7. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Key requirements:

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  2. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage.

  3. Diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or in any other relevant areas or technical career.

  4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.

  5. Valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
