About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Professional to join our Göteborg & VGR region team. As a key member of our sales team, you will promote and sell our Orthopaedic Instruments products to customers.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.

  1. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.

  2. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product demonstrations and trainings.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

  5. Adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.

  3. Effective communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  4. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales.

  5. Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
