Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales contribution and selling requirements for new and improved range development
- Secure market input to meet selling requirements
- Define the needs and requirements for supporting tools to support the buying process
- Contribute to the yearly commercial activation plan by identifying sale steering potentials
- Ensure range and product knowledge content related to easy buying and selling is provided to retail partners
Requirements:
- Passion for business and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to focus on a defined business area while maintaining a holistic perspective
- Excellent team player with strong influencing skills
- Good knowledge in the market and competitor landscape of the Home Furnishing Business
- High knowledge in Commercial processes and the year cycle
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
