About the Job

In this position, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing ones.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. You'll start with a familiarization phase to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. You'll plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  3. You'll advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  4. You'll participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

We're looking for someone with demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields. A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant area is preferred.
