- Excellent teamwork and influencing skills to achieve common goals
- Able to bring data, information, and knowledge to understanding and transform it into insights within scope assignments
- Good knowledge of the market and competitor landscape of Home Furnishing Businesses accountable for
- High knowledge of Sales processes and the yearly cycle
- High knowledge (and preferably experience) of the retail environment, Customer experience map, and how the offer meets customers at different touchpoints
- Good knowledge of conversion drivers in different touchpoints of Home Furnishing Businesses accountable for
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
