We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Meeting the Customer Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with our development and project teams to ensure that customer meeting requirements are seamlessly integrated into new and improved range development.

\

This role reports to the RA Commercial Manager and belongs to the commercial function within the RA. If you have a passion for business and enjoy creating growth and great customer experiences, this could be the ideal opportunity for you

A few key aspects of the job include:

  • Leading the sales contribution and selling requirements for new and improved range development.
  • Market input to secure selling requirements for defined businesses.
  • Content creation for selling requirements including easy buying and selling, pricing, business cases.
  • Value-based pricing for respective product categories in defined businesses.
  • Competitive monitoring and follow-up of pricing KPIs.
  • Needs assessment and tool definition for supporting buying processes.
  • Development of Range and product communication.
  • Yearly Commercial activation planning.
  • Range and product knowledge content creation.
  • Selling requirement fulfillment for IKEA retail systems.
