About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our customers, engaging with multiple executive stakeholders across business and IT functions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive significant software deals and bring them to closure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive significant software deals.
- Work closely with our commercial team, sales engineering, professional services, customer success, and marketing to achieve this goal.
- Identify and cultivate prospective clients to build qualified sales pipelines.
- Drive value-based sales by focusing on winning new, strategic key accounts using a value-based sales approach.
- Align efforts with key metrics in the EMEA sales strategy to drive results.
- Keep Salesforce updated and manage forecasts effectively.
- Measure sales performance using implemented sales metrics.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts to close new deals.
Requirements
At least 7+ years of experience in technology software solutions for global enterprise accounts, preferably within a CPQ environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is also necessary.
