About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Strategy Senior Director to lead our commercial efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and manage dynamic sales, customer success, and partnership teams.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales/commercial roles, with a track record of success in MarTech or AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven experience in selling B2B SaaS across the Nordics.
  • In-depth understanding of the Nordic and European marketing/PR agency landscape and MarTech ecosystem.
