Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial go-to market strategy to drive sales and margin growth globally.
  • Build strategic partnerships and strengthen key business relationships across all distribution channels, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Scale the business by expanding distribution within existing and new retailers, fostering growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts to maintain competitive positioning and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to develop effective market strategies, driving business success.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess market performance, adapting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Optimize promotional spend to ensure maximum ROI, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Represent TN Sweden and regions at events and conferences, solidifying the company's position as a true green alternative within the industry.
  • Secure implementation of global marketing strategies tailored to local market needs, driving brand awareness and growth.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in economics or equivalent experience, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • 5-10 years of experience from a similar position, preferably in FMCG but not a must, with a proven track record of success.
  • Worked strategically before and preferably with international sales, with a focus on driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, particularly in the FMCG sector; experience in personal care is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse cross-functional teams, with a results-oriented mindset and passion for achieving challenging goals.
  • Technology savvy and familiar with data analysis and decision-making tools (PowerBI, Google Analytics, SAP, Office 365, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel and seize opportunities, with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive contribution to society.
