About this Position
Transform the Henkel Adhesive General Manufacturing business by leveraging data-driven customer insights and accelerating digital demand generation to scale Hero Applications.
Key Responsibilities- Create growth opportunities remotely and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Manage incoming leads from customers, distributors, and qualify field sales leads for Territory Sales Engineer hand-off.
- Proactively build, maintain, and grow prospect customers and distributor relationships through targeted sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with Technical Information Services, Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management teams to support regional business development programs.
- Develop deep knowledge of customer needs and find solutions that have a real impact on their organization.
- Achieve key performance indicator targets and sales metrics.
- Contribute to delivering an amazing customer experience.
