In this position, you will work closely with Sales Leadership to elevate our sales performance and align go-to-market strategies across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas for improvement in the sales process and developing solutions to address these challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing daily sales operations and collaborating with Sales Leadership
  • Analyzing and optimizing the sales process and system usage
  • Developing comprehensive workflows and reporting capabilities in our sales tools
  • Providing insightful analysis to inform sales initiatives and drive growth

You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Your Skillset

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution
  • The capacity to interpret business requirements and convert them into actionable reports and analyses
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional analytical prowess and experience resolving intricate problems
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to uncharted territories
Bonus Qualifications

Previous experience in fast-paced environments, knowledge of B2B SaaS and financial technology, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce are highly valued.
