Strategic Sales Leader

Mentimeter AB is seeking a highly skilled Growth Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts to lead our growth team in driving success across our largest and most strategic clients within the EMEA region.
This role will be pivotal in maximizing our account potential, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results, and enabling collaboration between sales and retention teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach new sales development representatives (SDRs) and/or growth account executives (GEs) to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth and customer success across key accounts in the EMEA region.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong track record of driving growth across enterprise-level accounts, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
