Drive Revenue Growth as a Key Accountability

As a commercially driven professional, you will be a key driver of revenue growth at Funnel. Your role will focus on maximizing the value of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding our footprint within your customer portfolio.

The Role
You will collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to prioritize sales performance and exceed revenue targets. The measure of success in this role is your ability to generate growth, deliver value, and WOW your customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding clients' evolving needs and recommending Funnel solutions.

  • Develop compelling business cases for these opportunities by aligning Funnel's products with the client's strategic goals.

  • Engage customers ahead of renewals, efficiently manage the entire renewal process, and collaborate with the customer success team to mitigate potential churn and downsell risks.

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve beneficial outcomes that foster long-term customer relationships and ensure continued success with Funnel.

Key Expectations:

  • Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities, proactively monitoring customer needs, and exploring product expansions to drive additional growth.

  • Demonstrate perseverance in overcoming challenges, especially during negotiations, to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Implement account plans for key accounts, identifying both short- and long-term revenue opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while addressing objections.

  • Track your progress, take ownership of upsell and revenue goals, and consistently strive to surpass targets.
