ISV Partnerships Manager, are you passionate about payments and fintech? We are looking for a talented and motivated ISV Partnerships Manager to further develop our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partnerships Program and deliver cutting-edge payment solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Identify new ISV opportunities in Sweden
  • Monitor the software market for vendors suitable for the ISV program
  • Monitor the verticals to identify the major IT vendors offering services to merchants
  • Contact vendors suitable for the ISV program and present the program
  • Onboard new ISVs
  • Coordinate the communication of the ISV with the TAM team to assist integration work
  • Monitor revenue from individual merchants and individual ISVs
  • Identify deviations of revenue and trigger corrective actions
  • Manage relationships with ISVs
  • Conduct regular meetings with the ISVs to review collaboration
  • Escalation and internal follow-up on any issues affecting the services offered to ISV merchants
  • Monitoring of financial relationship of viva.com with ISVs (invoicing, payments)
  • Sales/ISVs meeting preparation & presentation

Requirements

  • Be accomplished at selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships/channel partners
  • Successful tracked record of created partnership
  • Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions
  • Hold sound commercial acumen, able to negotiate multi-partner commercial agreements
  • Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects
  • Hold a proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Desirable although not essential would be a background within POS peripheral sales
  • Adept communication skills with both Swedish and English at business level
