We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Partnership Growth Leader to join our Nordic Accident & Health team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of key partnerships across the Nordics, focusing on expanding our presence in existing markets and identifying new opportunities for business development.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in partnership management and sales, you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships to drive growth across the Nordics
  • Oversee day-to-day partnership operations to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Take responsibility for the financial performance of partnerships to ensure profitability and long-term value
  • Handle partnerships challenges professionally and in a timely manner to maintain strong partner relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into broader business strategies
