As we continue to grow, we’re excited to announce a new role within our marketing team: Partner Marketing Manager—a pivotal position that will bridge our marketing and partnerships departments to fuel our growth and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team of 8 Marketing Managers, alongside a Creative Director, a Localization Manager, and a Website Developer. As our Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be the central point between our marketing and partnerships departments, responsible for co-marketing initiatives with our strategic partners. This new position is being created to meet the exciting demand for more collaboration opportunities as our partnerships and marketing efforts expand. With the support of a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager, our marketing and partnership teams can seize untapped opportunities for lead generation and brand engagement, leveraging the full potential of our partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the forefront of these initiatives, crafting and executing joint campaigns that amplify our reach and create mutual value for Teamtailor and our partners alike.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Work closely with the marketing and partnerships teams to define, develop, and implement a co-marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. Identify opportunities to amplify partner relationships through targeted marketing efforts.
- Organize, execute, and manage joint marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and other co-marketing activities, to drive lead generation and brand awareness, while ensuring they align with both Teamtailor’s and our partners’ brand and business goals.
- Coordinate content creation for partner-focused content such as partner newsletter, case studies, blogs, white papers, and social media materials to showcase the value of our partnerships in collaboration with marketing managers and partnership manager
- Set up tracking and KPIs to measure the success of each campaign, providing reports and insights to the marketing and partnership teams to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Drive lead acquisition and nurturing strategies through partner campaigns, ensuring a seamless handoff to the marketing and sales teams for further engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for co-marketing efforts, ensuring that all campaigns meet shared objectives.
We believe that you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a partner marketing, marketing, or partnerships role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of executing successful co-marketing campaigns, from ideation through to execution and analysis.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Data-driven and analytical, with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Speak and write fluent English/French is a must - Bonus if you also speak Swedish
