Join Lenovo, a global IT leader, as we seek an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative with a sharp focus on midsize private sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the midsize private sector, focusing on both current customers and acquiring new ones Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with accounts across Sweden. Ensure consistent follow-up, deliver product insights, and manage client needs and expectations. Expand Customer Base: Onboard and empower both existing and new acquisition customers, assisting partners with a winning strategy while always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Commercial Strategy: Strategize and execute commercial activities tailored to individual accounts, including discussions on new product launches and effective merchandising. Collaboration: Foster executive-level collaborations between partners and customers to enhance business synergy. Market Growth: Design and implement strategic business plans to expand Lenovo’s market presence. Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities across diverse business partner channels, capitalizing on our channel incentive programs.

Team Dynamics:

Reporting: Directly report to the Nordic Mid-Market Manager, located in Sweden. Collaborative Approach: Engage in weekly collaborative planning sessions and meetings with internal sales teams across the Nordics to ensure cohesive growth strategies. Position requirements:  Bachelors degree (or equivalent) preferred; Fluent in Swedish and English, good communications skills;  Customer-service oriented, taking a client-centric approach to every interaction;
Comfortable interacting frequently with internal and external stakeholders; Collaborative and ready for a challenge;
