About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative II to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers with crafting tailored proposals and driving incremental business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals that drive incremental growth and enhance customer engagements.
- Manage customer queries and provide detailed product/service information, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information to optimize sales performance.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand product offerings and sales techniques thoroughly, driving sales success.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed to customers, delivering value-added services.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or technological sectors, with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in utilizing data analytics to inform sales strategies.
