Sales and Business Growth Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

You'll work closely with our application engineers, marketing team, inside sales, and customer services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business leads.
  • Baillize existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in regular product training and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Medium vocational level education in commercial or technical field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, distribution, and OEMs.
  • Fluent Swedish speaker with conversational English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
